Rehabilitation Pilates Specialists.

At Body Concept Studio we offer personalised, shared pilates sessions with programs designed for rehabilitation, injury prevention and to maintain freedom of movement and physical condition. We believe Pilates exercise should be tailored to each individual, their level of firness, body type & personal goals.

All Body Concept Pilates sessions are facilitated by classically trained dancers Andrew and Kim Baxter. Andrew and Kim both enjoyed international careers before opening their first Pilates studio in 1990 exclusively to train students of the Australian Ballet School. Drawing on their years of experience and training, Body Concept has grown into two studios with the same focus on movement and rehabilitation. At Body Concept Studio we believe it’s important to achieve a strong healthy body through stabilising techniques.
