At Body Concept Studio we offer a Pilates based method of exercise suitable for all levels of fitness. We believe Pilates exercises should be tailored to each individual, their body type & their goals.
The instructors are former classical ballet dancers and have over 20 years experience instructing Pilates. Based on these experiences, at Body Concept Studio we believe it is important to achieve a strong healthy body through stabilising techniques, and the quality of movement is essential to the development of these techniques.
